Addie's Thai House
Charbroiled beef with onions, fresh lime leaves and roasted rice powder seasoned with fresh lime juice and garlic dressing.
Yellow Curry Chicken
This is the mildest and most familiar of Thai curries. Tender chicken in a golden sauce with onions and potatoes.
Gang Kua Ped Yang (Roasted Duck Curry)
Sauteed sliced boneless duck in red curry with coconut milk, pineapple, tomatoes, bell peppers and Thai sweet basil.
Very impressed with the food, the lovely decor, and very professional staff
Had a great chicken red curry. The 3 was very hot.
My first time visiting Addie's Thai House was very nice. The food and ambiance was wonderful. My young server was very pleasant and responsive. However, the food was delivered to my table over an hour after my arrival. I did not complain because I understand right now many restaurants are short staffed and I realize it is very hard for businesses to stay afloat. I look forward to returning in a couple weeks, and hopefully the food service will have improved.
We love Addie’s Thai House! The food is amazing. I’m thankful for the outdoor eating options too.
Good service. Food was served piping hot
I generally love Addie's and eat there whenever I'm in town. My friend loved his as did I when I tried it. I wasn't crazy about the fresh spring rolls and the seafood pad thai was mediocre at best. When I told my sister, she mentioned that she had it once and thought the same so never ordered it again. My pad thai is considerably better so I would not recommend it.
Best Thai food in the area. Great place, wonderful experience
Delicious! We always enjoy the wonderful food at Addie's Thai House.
The best Thai food in St. Louis. All dishes are flavorful and consistent between visits. Don't miss the shrimp with glass noodles.
Brought two people with me for their first experience with Thai food. Staff was very patient and accommodating, they also were taking good Covid precautions. Food was excellent as always and the new larger space is nice. Will return again soon!
Very well-trained wait staff. The food was very good. The atmosphere was nice. I want to especially thank the folks who so lovingly searched for a lost earring after we left, even though there was already a couple seated at the table. A friend made the earrings and had just given them to me that day. It was small but might have messed up the vacuum cleaner!! We’ll be back!
Great food and great service. Always a pleasure to dine there.
Food was good but was served very quickly leaving no gap between the appetizers round & the main course.
I have eaten Thai food all over the country and this was one of the best I have ever had.
Another excellent meal at Addie's!! Its my go to place for Thai for sure!
This was the 4th time we have eaten there. The first 3 were great. This time, not so good. We chose the Couples dinner. Soup/ok. Spring rolls/good. Entrees/ not a lot of choices. We chose two different ones. Yellow curry was too hot (1 hot choice). Big mistake was choosing hot 4 for Pad Thai. Two bites and no more. If you eat there, be aware that their hot choices are VERY hot!!!!!
Food was great! Would visit again! Love the ambience!
Birthday, great food. Fun to share.
Slow service. Friendly, but very slow. We would have ordered another round of drinks, but we were never offered!
i would rate them a lot higher if they went back to being a part of the Advantage Dining Program with American Airlines!
Never disappointed - Always great food and service!!!
Food was great! Ambience was very nice as well. We enjoyed the meal for two!
Food was good, but it took a long time for our entrees to arrive. It almost seemed like the server, or kitchen, misplaced our order.
Server was obviously new, but we could not blame her for the length of time it took for our food to arrive.
Food was excellent as usual. Kitchen times were bit slow but it takes time to do it right so be patient
Just like some recent reviews have mentioned, the food turned out to be very good, but it took over an hour from the time we ordered to be served our dinner. We had actually set a time limit before we were going to get up and leave, and the food arrived 3 min before our deadline. The servers were nice and very courteous, but the long wait seems to have to do with extensive prep time in the kitchen. The meals were prepared with great care IMO, but just took too long. Will be awhile before we try this place again, which is unfortunate, because it seems like it could be a great Thai place overall. Seems like they could use a little more help in the kitchen to correct this issue.
We can always count on Addie Thai to have great food and service and now with the new location it’s even better.
Waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food to arrive. There was a group in the back room but I assume they had made reservations so staff should have anticipated that. Wait staff was scarce, never offered explanation, food finally came after we flagged her down and informed her we were going to leave. She offered an apology as she settled the bill and took off the appetizer.
The food was good, but it took us 3 hours to eat. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but we waited FOREVER for our food. So did everyone else in the restaurant. Everyone was frustrated. The server just kept telling us we were the next food to come out. To top it off, 5 minutes after we finally got our food, my friend's dessert came out. We all just busted out laughing. What else can you do? LOL
Normally we love Addie’s, but this was not their best night. The service was very poor and it took FOREVER for our dinner to be served. We won’t be back for a while.
This restaurant is amazing! This food is so delicious! I ordered the Tom Ka Pak with brown rice and it melted in my mouth. The soup was so creamy. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere too. The waitress was very kind and answered all our questions. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Our experience was very good. Our only complaint was that we ordered a dinner for two and they were out of some items.
Best Thai food in St Louis. Great outdoor patio! All tables were spaced appropriately. Staff were great with their masks.
Service was extraordinarily slow. We were asked several times by different wait staff if we were still waiting for our meals which was obvious with clean empty plates in front of us.
The food was excellent when it finally arrived.
Currently lots of elbow room. Once they get busy the noise will come up I'm sure. Excellent service, very very good food.
The dinner experience was great. Addie’s staff was very attentive. Our service and meal preparation was quick. But, not rushed.
Cocktail drinks were served 30 min after order and after we ate appetizers. Dinner served one hour after order. Entry door was squeaky and many people came in for take-outs and servers used that door for patio service, so that was annoying. Had told an employee they need to oil that door. Was disappointed about the slow service.
I have always loved eating at Addie's in the past. Maybe they didn't have enough servers or they were untrained. I was just disappointed on the overall experience. The food was not as good as prior experiences. Maybe they are just trying to get started back up after being closed. I will maybe try it again and see if I have a different experience.
Great food, wonderful service and COVID conscious.
Great overall food quality and many unique dishes you won't find at most Thai restaurants in St Louis. Try the glasses noodles for something special. Very attentive staff (and in case you are interested following all COVID guidelines with appropriate table spacing, masks, etc).
