The Antica Posta of Buckhead, brings to our community the same genuine, sincere cuisine of Tuscany. Enjoy the delicate blend of meats, fish, vegetables, spices, and condiments that for centuries have pleased the palate of the most demanding Florentines.
Welcome to the first authentic Tuscan Restaurant in Georgia.
It was a perfect evening
After a prior visit and seating mix-up, we wanted to try Antica Posta again and I am so glad we did. We had a wonderful experience, great service that was not rushed, delicious antipasto, great wine, and my Italian husband raved about the roasted chicken and pasta. We finished the evening with a limoncello and couldn't have had a nicer evening. Valet service was quick and easy. Delicious and authentic. Highly recommend.
Great food at this historic restaurant, right in the heart of Buckhead!
Food was fantastic - and exceptional service from the team!
My niece had the truffle pasta that was outstanding. Not too overpowering with the truffles either. I had the Veal Chop which I think was the best thing that we had. Delicious. Loved how intimate the place was and thank you staff for the yummy limoncello for our aperitif
We have been visiting this place a few times and we love the food and service.
It was my friends bday and they pleasantly surprised us by bringing a super delicious dessert with a bday candle - that was complimentary.
It does speak volume about the attention to detail and customer service and delight.
The food as always had been delicious !!!
Another great dinner at my favorite restaurant in Atlanta
Delicious food and great service made the evening all the better!
Antica was fantastic. The food was delicious and the service was great. My wife and I felt as if we were back in Italy, and we highly recommend Antica!
Delicious food and excellent service.
Delicious, fresh Italian food. Highly recommend for Tuscan cuisine and wine. They have a huge list of super Tuscans. Octopus was excellent.
We recently moved to Atlanta and still trying out restaurants so we have a couple Go To favorite places where we can expect great food, service and enjoy the ambiance. We had a fabulous dinner, appetizers, entrees, wine, cocktails, even the bread and olive oil could not have been a higher quality and preparation. Antica Posta is at the top of our list! Ask for a table in the bar area, airy, beautiful, and no children allowed in the bar!
Just superb! A real gem! If you are in the Buckhead area and want a quaint, charming and authentically delicious Italian meal, Antica Posta will over-deliver! Friendly chef, warm staff and superb dishes!
There were seven of us, including three under the age of ten. Because it was important to have la famiglia together to celebrate my birthday, we were early birds at 5:30. The kids were treated with the greatest respect. A special time together! Great food (including child friendly options). Great wine. Great service. Great hospitality.
We never fail to eat at Antica Posta whenever we're in Atlanta. We love the delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service.
I loved the food but the constant interruptions by wait staff was distracting.
We had a large group (12) which included 5 children. The service was excellent and the servers were very patient with the chlldren as they worked their way through the menu looking for something they would like. We were there early (6:30) and had a great time.
Great food, great wine, great service! Some of the best Italian in the city and loved the Sunday Pasta Party!
Very nice but very expensive for what it is. The food is great but not that extraordinary
The best Tuscan food by far anywhere in Atlanta!! The owner takes pride in the food and the restaurant, and for good reason.
We think their grilled octopus is the best in the city. I enjoy their seafood rissotto - particularly as I can get a smaller portion (first course size) which is perfect for me. My husband's veal shank was extremely tender and fell off the bone. He loved it!
The food is fantastic the fish was so fresh and the desserts are just WOW.... The front of the restaurant is a better place to sit than the back of the restaurant. The seating is tight like in Europe in the back, which I actually don't mind but the lighting is not great.
The service is excellent.
Already have recommended to others! We will be back.
We dined at Antica Posta for our 16th wedding anniversary and absolutely LOVED everything about our evening. The service was stellar, the food was amazing and the ambiance was perfect. We have come here a few times in the past, to celebrate an anniversary or for a romantic meal out. We have never been disappointed. We can't wait to come back!
Food, service and atmosphere was amazing as always.
Antica Posta never disappoints! It made for a perfect dinner for our out of town guests who were extremely pleased as well. The appetizers and food were amazing. I had a hard time choosing between all the great dishes, but chose the lobster ravioli that was superb.
Restaurant was almost empty as we went on the Friday after the 4th of July. But as always the service was impeccable. The food is so authentic and reflects the character of the establishment. One of the gems of Atlanta.
Was always one of my favorites but they need to update the food a bit to keep up with other spots.
We took our granddaughter, age 9, for a special night out. Our usual preferred seating is in the lounge. However, I was very pleased to learn that in principle and action the ownership prohibits children from the lounge area. She was treated with respect as would any patron. We loved taking her, and she loved the experience.!!
Always a pleasure dining at this amazing restaurant. Veal Chop is just the best.
Antica posta was excellent as usually. Tried their special recipe roast chicken this time and it was fantastic.
Lady maitre’d was courteous- gave great menu advice. All staff were wonderful. Macy, our server, knew the menu inside and out. I had an awesome seafood risotto- done perfectly “al dente” which is hard to find. My wife had a charcoal grilled branzino filet that was far better than the $100 Dover sole she had at the Carlyle in NYC. This place is a gem! For sure we will be back.
Food was outstanding as usual. The swordfish is a delightful dish. Service was abominable. Maybe it was an off night but we did not receive cocktails until after 20 minutes and were served olive oil with no bread. This was a business dinner and frankly was quite embarrassing.
The food and service were excellent! We will definitely return.
This is the absolute best Italian Restaurant in the entire Atlanta area. Owned and operated by Italians from Italy who take great care to ensure every detail is perfect from the drinks, to appetizers, to main course and deserts. This is the most authentic Italian restaurant in this area and the environment makes you feel like you are in the Italian Alps. Don't miss this one!
Great meal with my family in a nice environment. Thought forced valet was a little much. Also thought the dessert choices were a little disappointing no cheese cake or tiramisu. All in all nice place.
Went for Father’s Day. It was amazing as usual! If I had to pick one thing that they can improve on it would be that it’s a little on the warm side in there.
Amazing staff (Teamwork), food, owner! Perfect experience!
We arrived early for our reservation and were promptly seated.
The staff was awesome and the food was excellent!
The swordfish was cooked perfectly and the octopus was grilled just right!
The veal chop was fantastic.
Service was on point and although the prices are moderately high it is still a terrific value.
Really really good food!
