Excellent service and excellent food. I got the Beef Tartar, Veal Brains and Bone Marrow. The tartar was good, flavourful, maybe just needed one more pinch of salt but otherwise excellent. The flavoring on the chips were nice as well but they needed a bit more crisp. The Veal Brains and Bone Marrow though were out of this world. The brains were mild and creamy like a slightly less unctuous foie gras and came a bit crispy on the outside and dripping with caper butter and perfectly toasted points. Then the bone marrow came parmesean bread crumb crusted with toast and onion salad and the whole meal was just incredibly decadent, sinful, especially as you mixed them up. The crisp of the toast, the fattiness of the marrow, the creaminess of the brains, salt from the capers and acidity from the onion salad to cut through it all. Pretty much I will sleep well lol. Nahm is a superb class A restaurant. It is clear why Nahm has a certificate of excellence. The staff is extremely professional and very polite. The décor in the restaurant is delightful, subtle and not overwhelming but well thought out providing a very relaxing environment. The food is amazing and clearly created and prepared by a chef. The presentation is outstanding and incorporates subtle but powerful fresh floral arrangements. The flavors are second to none. While pricey, please remember that this is a case where you actually get what you pay for and it is well worth the extra cost. We were also fortunate to have been visited to by the Chef-Owner who is a lovely and wonderful human being who is gifted with an amazing ability to making amazing food and an amazing place to enjoy it. Discover Atlanta

While Coca-Cola may have put Atlanta on the nation’s culinary map (as the city plays home to its headquarters), Atlanta is known for far more than America’s favorite soda. Once a bit conservative in flavor, the city has recently undergone a creative renaissance with food at the helm, catapulting Southern soul food into new light, with barbecue, collards, and cornbread as its heart. But Southern food isn’t that simple—influence of European immigrants at the turn of the century, as well as the African-American influence, and more recent waves of Asian, Latin American, and Middle Eastern immigration have defined a broader southern culture, which you can now taste all over Atlanta. Whether it’s reinterpreted omakase, nose-to-tail, or a bagel with shmear, local cuisine suggests that Atlanta just may be the South’s new foodie capital.
