   Was there for mothers day brunch. Hot food was cold and cold food was room temprature except filet mignon and ham . We were there at exact time food should have been perfect. . Waitstaff was friendly and checked often to see if we needed anything.

   We have been going to Avalon Links for years. Menu has changed and not for the better. Two in our party asked for EXTRA WELL DONE Prime Rib, blood was on both plates when they came out. They were sent back and they came out again still red in the middle. Another person got some kind of inedible Pasta with no flavor at all. And why should a salad be $3 with an entree and why should a plain garden salad be $11 with a sandwich? Just outrageous!!! Waitress was very rude. When she asked us if we wanted coffee or dessert, when we said no, she said good. Clearly she did not want to be there. It was a terrible experience and we will not be going back.

   The ale house sandwich was very good, as was my partners poke bowl. Nice drinks, very rich chocolate cake. Service excellent. Priced Avalon accordingly.

    The whole experience was fine but having live music meant that conversation was impacted. The music was fine but conversation at the table was limited to those immediately next to you making those at the other end of the table unreachable. I prefer conversation at the table. Some people prefer the music.

    Partner enjoyed Clams Casino soup while I had the French Onion. Both were fantastic. The prime rib special was very good and a great value on Sunday, and the chicken parm was fantastic. Prices were very reasonable. Would have liked if the tables were just a bit further apart. Definitely going back.

    Waitress was good. Food was decent. It’s a golf course dining room and it’s what you would expect. 3.75 stars I say. One great thing was the live music. The guy was excellent. I really enjoyed it and if I didn’t have the kids with me I would have stayed.

    The prime rib was excellent cooked to perfection. Service was excellent and helpful. I would have liked a little better selection of vegetables with the Prime Rib but otherwise it was an outstanding dinner and I will be back

    I have not eaten there in sometime. I thought that we probably would’ve received a salad with our entree. Had to ask for rolls. A friend or the steak special and was as advertised. It just had some sauce dumped on it.

    We have come here a few times and have never been disappointed. It started with warm rolls and butter which we could eat all night. The French Onion soup is delicious. I had this with a salad and it was a perfect meal.

    When we went we were told that they no longer serve breakfast and that their online menu is incorrect. We opted to go to a nearby restaurant that serves breakfast instead.
