The food was delicious, and Michael was a fantastic server!
Good, tasty food. Prompt service - few people in restaurant.
Good food. Fast service
Perfect dinner with friends. The food was great. Friendly staff, very professional.
Wonderful ,very creative menu. jimmy, the chef owner, really tries to please.
Great location for pre-theater or pre-concert dinner.
The food had a beautiful presentation, however the taste was bland and the price was too high.
First time, all was great and really happy we finally went in after walking past for years. Only note is the service started to get a little slow and inattentive in the back half of the meal even though restaurant was just half full. That was only downer and probably felt worse because we were so pleased with everything to that point. But we plan to go back many times - great little Italian gem we have been looking for!
The food started out ok then devolved into something I could microwave up myself. The service was disjointed. There were items I never received and we spent a long time wondering if anyone was going to come around to check on us. I don’t see myself going back and I didn’t see a reason for you to make the trip there either.
It was our first time . Michael , our server , was fantastic . The ambience was cheerful and good energy though a good noise level to hear your party’s conversations. We would return . A nice Gem in area of Rittenhouse Park.
Delicious salad course followed by scrumptious main dishes. Sweet tasting desert topped it all off with the service team making us feel special as we celebrated our wedding anniversary.
Really enjoyed the food and service with some good friends staying at a nearby hotel.
Delicious food, very personable staff/owner, and overall wonderful experience!
Good pasta, good drinks, good service. Risotto was very good. Nice Italian place
Our meal was good but not great. Service was friendly.
From the minute we walked in to the moment we departed, the staff, service, food selection, and ambiance were perfect. We will be back!
Great food and great atmosphere. Service was fantastic!
First outdoor dining of the year. Old school menu. Happy to accommodate our request for penne vodka which was very good. Shrimp on a bed of spinach also very nice. Desserts were all homemade and wonderful. I recommend the dark chocolate mousse which had a cookie crumb surprise on the bottom.
This was our 3rd time here and it didn't disappoint. Great food, fantastic service. Will be back!
The food was great. The service was great. Everytime I come to Philadelphia I will make sure to get a meal from Bellini Grill.
It was a cold and rainy Mother's Day and we were supposed to be a party of 6 but 4 of us arrived early knowing that the remaining 2 would arrive closer to the reserved time. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Within moments, a waiter appeared to inquire about drinks and when we mentioned that the 2 teens were "starving" he asked if we had had a chance to select an appetizer, took that order for the large antipasto and had it delivered along with an order of fresh bread within moments. The perfect beginning! The rest of our experience went just as smoothly and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their entrees. Dessert was a special bonus--we had an assortment of spumoni, tartuffo, tiramisu and cannoli and each one was exceptional and clearly homemade. We will be back!! Thanks for a lovely evening!
While the service was impeccable, compliments to the chef on the tasty dishes, Bellini dropped the ball in not honoring their advertisement of a Mother’s dessert on Mother’s Day. Bad for business. This was a turn off. As stated, our food was tasty. View the pics.
The food was nothing special , very overpriced for plates which the taste was not that good, expected more. had the risotto shrimp and the lasagna.
My family went to Bellinis to celebrate a college graduation. The meal was relatively good, we really enjoyed my sisters arugula pesto seafood pasta dish. The service was good, our waiter Michael was very friendly and charismatic. It was a nice experience.
Don't miss this gem! So charming, such great service and food!
It had been some time since we had dined at Bellini Grill and we were delighted to find the food and service to be up to our previous experience. We are also pleased to see that they are partners of the Phila. Orchestra and offer subscribers a discount. Our entrees were perfectly prepared with delightful fresh house-made pasta. We opted to share a cannoli for dessert and were truly thrilled with the caliber of the shell and the out of this world filling. We will return soon!
Great service and food as always. I would recommend Italian food lovers and plan to return again soon.
Nice food but too noisy, we wouldn't recommend it because of the noise level
They never disappoint! Food is always amazing, service as well.
When we sat down they asked what type of water we wanted and did not mention it would be an extra $7 charge for anything other than tap water (which I asked for, and still got a bottle of still water and had to pay for it). We ordered a meat and cheese plate which also came with a bunch of mushy vegetables which weren't very good, but the meats and cheeses were decent. The entrees were pretty good. For how much it cost, though, it definitely was not worth it. I could have spent the same amount of money for much better food somewhere else.
Was recommended to us by the Sonesta Hotel - was great
Bellini never disappoints. Great food, friendly staff, reasonable wine!
Excellent meal, as usual. Always recommend to friends and aquaintences.
The food tasted okay but wasn’t worth the expense. And the $30 steak was an over cooked piece of meat on a plate with nothing else.
A great option for Italian in Center City.
We were four. Two had the pasta special and liked it. One had the tuna -- replacing the Pacific halibut special which was no longer available. He said tuna tasted not fresh and, unusually, he left some on his plate. The crab ravioli also didn't taste fresh. We've really enjoyed previous visits and would have given the food four or five stars then. Maybe we just hit it on a bad day.
Energetic Italian restaurant and service & food were very good. Good place for pre-theatre/pre-concert, location is great, but this is not a quiet environment.
Food very nicely prepared and tasted fresh. Nice wine selection which was surprisingly affordable.
Well be back! Great food at reasonable prices at a location close to venues on Broad Street.
Waiter Alex was fantastic!
I was disappointed in how loud it was. I couldn't hear the person next to me.
