Overall good, but the chef completely overcooked my medium steak. We like the place, but this chef in particular lacked the usual personality we expect.

We had been to Benihana's many times when our children were young. We decided to take one of our grandchildren to have the same fun experience. This was NOT the same Benihana "show" or experience we had a few years before. We ordered 3 items. The 1st was a white wine, but the server brought a red wine saying the one ordered was not available, when asking for another form the menu that was listed as by the glass or bottle, we were told it is only by the glass. The only one available was not that good. The 2nd was we had ordered two fried rice with chicken. When the chef came, he said there was only one on his list The 3rd item was a dessert. after waiting for 20 minutes, the server came back and said it was frozen and would take a while to be heated up. The service was slow, and we felt our server did not really care about us. We had to ask for napkins and even chopsticks. The chef was nice, but not the fun and entertaining one as in earlier year. The best part of the meal was the bottled sparkling water we ordered. We have had better soup, chicken, vegetables, and fried rice at Panda Express for half the price. We did not get $205 worth for the three of us. Maybe if the "chef show" was like the "old days", it might have been worth $160 for the 3 of us. Bottom line, this is not the Benihana that use to exist.

Sadeja and Jason took such great care of us during our triple birthday celebration. Jason’s show was the right amount of fun for both the kids and the adults and Sadeja always made sure we were taken care of. They made sure to check allergies at each step and accommodated our all mushrooms for one person weirdness. A wonderful experience!

Great experience! We made a last minute reservation for my son’s birthday since he had a football game up the road. They treated us like royalty! Our server was great and Chef Chris (2019 national winner) put on a show like I’ve never seen. I have eaten at dozens of Japanese steakhouses and this was the best performance I’ve ever had. I also really appreciated the way he cleaned the grill and his hands right in front of us. We will be back!
