We were a bit apprehensive at first after seeing the price, we know how mountain towns like to jack things up, but the food was truly amazing. We reccomend the elote dip and brisket for appetizers and loved the rigatoni and ruby red trout. We do not recommend the focaccia bread. All of our dishes tasted very fresh and you could really feel the amount of intention that was used in seasoning everything. Our server Kayla was very sweet as well.

The flavor profiles were great on every dish we ordered. Very balanced and well seasoned. Our server, Jess, was incredible with suggestions and making allergy and preference modifications with every dish as necessary ensuring our food came to the table accurately.

Loved everything, but paying 18,00 for a brownie with a few sprints of cream was way overpriced!

Liz was a great server. We met some nice people that sat next to us. The singer was really good. Only 1 song had gotten too loud. The food always good.

Our waiter was exceptional. I wish I could remember his name. The chef special Short ribs were excellent except no one ever seems to be able to make brussels sprouts that aren’t hard as a rock. Put the mashed potatoes in the gravy and the meat itself were wonderful. I ordered the risotto and while it was tasty enough, risotto should never be made with quinoa in addition to the arborio rice. The person who bussed our table told me “that’s just the way Americans like it.” and I beg to disagree. Many American restaurants make risotto with too many ingredients added to the rice and cream and Parmesan, but I’ve never seen anybody put quinoa in it. My partner’s martini was perfect, my Grenache was delicious, and the mascarpone cheesecake was also quite good. I will say again that our waiter was exceptional. So all in all, a lovely meal. We would certainly return as we have done in the past. But I will stay away from the risotto with the added quinoa.
