Bobby’s Deerfield is based loosely on our other location Café Lucci which we have developed since 1995. Similar to Café Lucci, Bobby’s Deerfield will serve as a true neighborhood locale, marked by our signature personal service and unmatched friendly atmosphere. However, Bobby’s Deerfield will be a more casual eatery, completely accessible in every way. Reminiscent of the iconic, nostalgic neighborhood restaurant of yesteryear, Bobby’s Deerfield will bring graciousness back to dining out, in a simple way, by turning out the best product and best service.

Our waiter was awesome. He ( can’t recall his name - young with head shaved ) knew the menu and wine list cold. I saw him debone a fish at the table next door and expertly pour some complements cocktails. It’s great to have staff like this!
The food is top notch. I had the CAVATELLI CONTADINA and highly recommend it. A very worthwhile trip.
The evening started out poorly as our server seemed to be new or newer. Then Anna Maria the manager stopped by our table to inquire how the evening was going? Once we verbalized our concerns, she made sure that the evening turned into a 5 Star review. Our dinners were brilliantly tasty. The compensated dessert, called Banofee (pictured below) was delicious and appreciated. We will return.
Waited about 30 min before server took our order. We finally flagged him down and he said he didn't want to interrupt our discussion. Thought that was strange. I think they should provide a list of specials with prices. The waiter just told us what they were. I guess we could have asked but we never expected to pay $38 for halibut with 4 pieces of asparagus. They food however is very good.
Amazing food! Wonderful ahi tuna special!! Even the spaghetti and tomato sauce is great!
Lousy food. No eggplant in the eggplant Parmesan. Bobby’s signature salad was like a supermarket prepackaged salad. Would never return or recommend.
Delicious food and excellent service. Been here several times with clients and always an excellent experience.
Came for dinner because I had enjoyed a great lunch there: vegetarian/vegan soup and rainbow salad. It is a decidedly much better value for lunch than for dinner.
Girls night out and we chose bobbys, its one of a handful of places in burbs that gives you that downtown feel. My friends are picky, the server was very patient and managed to our order right the first time.
Simply the best burger and fries! The brussels sprouts were nothing special and seemed a bit soggy. Wonderful place to dine in doors or on the patio. As a casual and friendly vibe
The food was very good but service was not on par. It appeared the restaurant may have been short on help. One of our diners asked for a straw 4 times (and to different people) and it never came until the end of the meal. One diner’s drink order was incorrect. Wait time btwn taking our order and bringing appetizers followed by dinner was very slow. Had to ask for the check several times. It just appeared the server was trying to manage too many tables.
The restaurant is in the center of town, with plenty of free parking, and has a wonderful and complete wine list (and is our only restaurant with a mention in Wine Spectator for an award of merit. There are always weekend specials, and a long list of very tasty and unusual appetizers. My wife and I enjoyed our grilled and marinated octopus appetizer and she had a delicious halibut while fully savored my jambalaya. This is perhaps the best establishment in our village. Service was also prompt and obliging throughout the meal.
We had a delightful dinner eating outside on a beautiful night. We enjoy the quiet in the summer time. The food is consistently fine and service friendly and competent. I always love the shrimp Bobby!
Normally quite good but this time disappointing food and unresponsive service.
Consistently good food and drinks with attentive service.
Farewell to a college student
Bobby’s food was delicious and the server was good. BUT the kitchen was so slow that it took over an hour for our entree. I also mentioned this to the manager; when the kitchen is understaffed TELL the customers to set expectations and then serve a small “Sorry for the inconvenience” amuse bouche.
Slow kitchens make servers look bad and infuriated customers take it out on server’s tips.
Met for dinner with the girls. Had a nice cosie booth. The crab cakes were devine and the mussels in the red sauce were delicious. Service was really good too.
Love the restaurant and the staff. Always enjoy the selection and outstanding well prepared dishesl
LOVE al fresco dining!
Ordered the special Seabass. Our waiter never told us the price and when we got the bill it was $47.00!
Never got my opentable points. Said not eligible!!!!
Service is spot on and the food is great. Nice evening vibe for couples or group.
Nice place for dinner with friends. A little on the noisy side
It’s nice to have a downtown restaurant in the burbs. The barrel aged Manhattan is the bomb. Great burger and gnocchi with duck ragu was tasty.
The food was very fair but the service was horrendous. The waiter was visibly annoyed that we didn't order drinks, a salad or dessert. We had to flag him down for a water refill and the check. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant!!!
The food is good and the restaurant has a nice ambiance.
Terrible service. Not happy. Kept tripping on fan bases
Very noisy and not flexible with the menu
TERRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! When confronted the manager about our terrible and unprofessional service, he didn’t even fix anything. This experience left a bad taste in our mouths:(
Great as always! Lots of good menu choices. One small suggestion - put the olive oil on the table ahead of time so we don't have to ask for it. I like the roasted garlic spread but it tends to be a little dry.
We are new to the area. This place has become our goto place for our business luncheons. Menu has a nice selection and the service is prompt. Thier burger is a hit with eveyone at our office.
Celebrated my dads birthday. It was a little on the loud side for him, but the food and service made up for it. The complimentary dessert was a nice touch.
Food was delicious, service prompt, we are regulars. You can’t go wrong with Bobbys.
We love Bobbys our office staff goes there on a regular basis. Service is prompt and there is always a manager on hand to help. Food is tasty.
I asked for a quiet table and I got one in a packed restaurant
The service was excellent and the food was delicious 😋
One of the best patios in the burbs. Food was delicious,
Nice place for a casual afternoon lunch. The food is tasty, they are happy to accommodate special orders.
Food was very good, service was very slow. I really wanted to give a better review, yetbit took 45 minutes between ordering and receiving our main course. Salads arrived in 10 minutes, then a full 30 more minutes until entrees arrived.
I think this was our first Friday night ever. We had a booth at the corner near the bathroom or the kitchen. 7PM reservation seated 10 minutes late but orders not taken until 740. We asked a manager to find our waiter.
During that time, they ran out of the brick chicken which was on of the items we wanted to order so I got the vesuvio chicken which was pretty bland. The vesuvio potatoes where good. Another person had the branzino that also was very bland. Harry's fettucine was very good.
The customers are like the Deerfield need to be seen. Talking in the aisle, yelling down the aisle and not caring about the other diners.
Good place, nice steak
