This being my second time dining at this amazing

Behind the bar, Samantha goes out of her way to make
sure we're having a phenomenal time and has even come
out to our table to say hi and to bring my wife a

token. It's the little things that go a long way with us.
We're very pleased to have found this place and will
continue to make it our weekly dinner spot.
Most definitely recommend.
Excellent food, beautiful views. Crispy skin chicken was delicious! Only minor issue, we were seated in the bar area under the AC unit, it dripped water on me all evening. They might want to move that table. Otherwise a wonderful dining experience.
We ate at Steam last night. The view of the river was amazing. Our waiter Alex was friendly and competent. We ordered the caesar salad and the new fish stew entree called Moqueco. The fresh rolls were warm and perfect. The caesar salad with the capers and fried anchovies was delicious. The fish stew had a problem. The 4 large clams were inedible they were so chewy. This was especially disappointing since this was the same complaint we had months ago at our last visit when the clams were in their bouillabaisse.
The restaurant was nice. The view overlooked a grassy area fronting the dunes. The food was very good and the service was good as well. The presentation was well done.
The only concern was the price of one of the entrees. The scallop entree was $34 for 4 scallops with a few mixed greens. The price for that entree was excessive for what you get.
The management and service is not very good. It's like they don't really care. Very poor. Food is just Ok. I had fun at karaoke, the DJ is fun. Also, they add 18% gratuity to check, which is fine but they don't tell you that. For poor service seems alittle sneaky. A Customer actually showed that to me, not the staff.
Great family restaurant. I had the fish and chips with cole slaw and a cold beer. Food and service were outstanding. My server, Amanda, was amazing. I was just passing through Jacksonville, but never miss a chance to eat at Red Lobster. Worth the drive.
