It was an amazing evening
Wonderful food & drinks! Our server was fantastic and very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time. The outdoor seating area was lovely and the fireplaces kept it the perfect amount of warmth.
Leo (our server) was very good. He was attentive and helpful but not overly so. The food was very good. We will come again and recommend it to family, friends, co-workers and strangers!
Never disappoints, always an excellent experience!
Service and food was great! A lot of variety and the outdoor space was comfortable and spacious.
Cooper’s is always top notch! Def our favorite go-to restaurant!
Experienced a wonderful lunch on a Friday afternoon. Service was wonderful, food and wine yummy. We had the shrimp salad and a juicy hamburger. It's been awhile since we've been and well be back.
We went with a couple friends, the food is always great and they have so many gluten free options! We paired the wine if the month with our meal and it was perfect! The service was outstanding and we really felt well cared for!
Absolutely loved this place! We had an excellent experience, food, wine and service all great. Wish there was a location in So California where I live.
Celebrated my B-Day with freinds on the patio. Fantastic!
Matt the manager was terrific and our waitress, I forget her name amazing as well.
Thank you
My husband and I are wine club members and have enjoyed coming to Cooper's Hawk for sometime. However last evening was a disappointment. We had just enjoyed a lovely wine tasting and moved onto to our 6pm reservation for dinner. The host proceeded to attempt to sit us at the very first table as you enter the restaurant. This is a table prepandemic was one where only when the restaurant was full and people were desperate would sit at. The position with everyone passing by was NOT ideal. When I indicated we did not want to sit there and had reservations, she quickly quipped everyone has reservations and there would not be another table available for an hour but we could sit in the bar. So we sat in the bar. Service was ok, not spectacular and both my husband and I were underwhelmed with our entrees. He had very small shrimp and scampi over risotto for 28.99 and I had 5 very small potato encrusted scallops with a brussel sprout salad for 28.99. Both of these entrees although palatable were way overpriced. The carrot cake for 8.99 was mostly icing. However, the egg rolls, a staple of ours when we come to CH was delicious and worth the price. Such a disappointment for what usually is a nice place for dinner.
We came to celebrate my birthday. (I included that in the reservation information.). Our server took a very long time to acknowledge us. He was chatting up another table for quite a while as we were waiting. Once we ordered & began eating, he did not come back to see if we needed anything else. The check arrived without him asking if we wanted dessert or coffee. No mention of my birthday either. We were not told about flights available at our table. The food was good, but service was sub par. One would think that being a member of the wine club & a frequent visitor, service would have been better, but perhaps you don’t need all the members you have. I was disappointed.
Server was non-attentive until speaking to Manager. Manager took action to resolve but it took that escalation.
It was Easter and the service was sub par. Needed more servers
Our waiter was great and the the food was very good.
Very good experience overall. Waiter was attentive and efficient. He apologized when food was a Little slow coming out. Menu was varied and descriptive. Food was very good nicely presented. Recommend this restaurant for well above average dining experience.
Went there with my wife, two small children (ages 2 & 4) and two adult friends. We all enjoyed the food, great service, and of course the wine. They had a nice soulful set of music playing lightly in the background that added to the great ambiance of the experience. The menu has something for everybody. They will know me by first name soon as I plan to be a regular.
While I care about the ambiance and the service of any restaurant, I most care about the food, and this visit was disappointing. The entree prices aren't cheap, and my salmon was overcooked to the point of dry with a black/charred corner and smothered in tomato sauce, and one of the 'sides' was 4 thinly-sliced potato slices, again covered in tomato sauce. Salmon should never be overcooked, and certainly not for the price charged. This was not a creative dish, and definitely not worth the money.
Enjoyed our visit. Waiter was excellent, atmosphere was perfect.
Had a great experience at copper hawk’s. Our server was very friendly. The food came out very quickly and we had to chance to order off the happy hour menu which was great.
Food was awesome the wait staff was excellent very attentive had a great time will definitely come back it was good to get out and get some normalcy back.
My favorite place. Great food and wine. Great social distancing
Our waitress was very polite and efficient however upon arriving after making reservations we were seated next to the bus station with a open door and propane tanks. The manager of the restaurant young gentleman was extremely rude and dismissive I will never go back to Cooper’s Hawk again because of that managers treatment in front of all other customers and my guest
Birthday Lunch. We really enjoyed the service and the food.
Enjoyed having dinner at the bar for a change. Great food and drinks in a more relaxed atmosphere. Bar staff are incredibly friendly and attentive there.
Service was excellent!!!! I can't wait to go back again!
We were a group of 5 for a birthday celebration. Good Food, GREAT service, and a fun evening for all. We started with wine tastings and moved on to dinner. The birthday girl was made to feel very special by all the staff and our myriad of questions during our tasting were pleasantly answered. Our food was well prepared and the waiter was attentive to our table. Definitely will be returning again.
I was hoping to see their Calamari on the list (it is the best!) but it was taken off their menu :-( But overall a wonderful experience! (ps bring back the calamari!)
The food is great and the service is always on point at this location!
One of our favorite places to dine in Ashburn. Highly recommend!
Girls night for a Birthday! My food was fantastic as always. My friends steak was over done for medium rare but they fixed the situation and took care of her!
