This was my family’s first time since COVID and we were excited. Everything was perfect. The good, the service the atmosphere. We will be back!
I have been several times overall its really nice. However , when we went yesterday neither of us enjoyed the food.
The staff called ahead of time to confirm reservation. Our waiter Alec was fantastic! Great experience overall.
Food was good, servings were plentiful. Unfortunately, some menu items have disappeared to the pandemic/supply chain.
We'll be back! Thanks for the wonderful service! Our server was amazing!
We had a 7:30pm reservation, the restaurant closed at 8:00pm which wasn’t communicated when the reservation was made. The waitress rushed through placing our order. The food came timely but the waitress disappeared, only to return with our check. We never received our requested drink refills and her attitude was bad.
First time customer I was not that impressed with Menu wasn’t many options I asked Waitress what was some of there best Entree’s she recommended crab cakes but they were out? Steak and the Salmon I ordered Steak without blue cheese sauce it was perfectly seasoned and cooked the spinach and potatoes was fresh and executed perfectly. I will absolutely be back my guest said his Salmon was excellent my Caesar Salad was lovely too c as me with a slice of cornbread scrumptious
There was great atmosphere and great food. The staff were cordial and professional.
Service was excellent. She was very accommodating to our party. She anticipated our needs
Disappointed that they no longer serve brunch. But the food was good. Due to high seafood costs they didn’t have crab cakes nor calamari
Service was incredible by Sierra!!!! she was attentive, professional, detail oriented, and made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. BRAVO!
However, the floor in the area was dirty with napkins and the blinds near our table were INCREDIBLY DUSTY....so dusty that the dust came off when we closed the blinds due to sunset.
Would we come back....yes....because of Sierra and the food.
It was great food and a lovely dining experience. I had the special chicken and waffles. It was so delicious! Perfect portion too!
We had a wonderful time, food was good, great place to be out with friends.
I always enjoy a meal at Copper Canyon whether a quick lunch at the bar or a full dinner with family or friends. The service is friendly and attentive. A neighborhood Gem.
We attempted to order calamari but it was unavailable. We tried to order the crab cakes but it was unavailable. They should update their menu and remove the long standing unavailable items. The menu seems to have shrunk as well. Not as many options as I remember.
Loved the salmon
Overall, we had a great experience. We were seated at our reservation time. There appeared to be adequate social distancing and masking. Our server was prompt and attentive. The food was delicious and arrived quickly to our table. I would definitely return to this location.
Our Experience was fine, a server Imani did a good job, the ladies at the front desk the hostesses were excellent
Food was good. Nice ambiance and great staff. Large portions.
There to celebrate an 80th birthday. Had excellent trout, string beans, and key lime pie. Staff were attentive. For an older person with a hearing aid, the sound level is a little challenging, as it is in many restaurants, but we arrived at opening time (noon) and they seated us in a far corner, so the noise level was fine (and, musically, the jazz selection was good).
Awesome staff and great food! The spinach artichoke dip was amazing!
Great food and service but the entrees are are little pricey
The food and service were excellent. We ordered the meatloaf and mash potatoes, both were well-seasoned with great texture.
We also ordered desert, the bread pudding was one of the best we ever had.
The waitress made dinner even better. She gave good recommendations and was very attentive.
I go there 2-3 times a week and my experience yesterday 7-7-21 was not becoming. When your order is not prepared to your liking 2 times in one visit. I told my daughter, I believe our time in Patronizing Copper Canyon may be ending. She was bothers.
Great food, great server, prompt service!
We had a wonderful experience from the Seating Hostess to the Manager checking on us. Our waiter was outstanding and our food was delicious and prepared perfectly.
Nice experience. Food served on time.
We enjoyed the experience. The staff was very professional, the food was very good, and the time from placing our order to when we received our food was much shorter than we expected.
Cooper Canyon Grill service is always consistent! The staff was cordial upon entry and I was seated within 5 minutes of my arrival of my reservation time. My server welcomed us to the venue and shared pertinent information about the venue for my guest who was a first time. Great attention to detail and cleanliness will keep me coming back to this location. Overall energy was outstanding!
Copper Canyon is always a great option to download be with friends. I was happy they were able to accommodate our 1 hour early arrival request, although it was a bit crowded for a Wednesday. The food selection and specials are always great and I love that they mix up their menu from time to time because I’m always game for something new. It’s a great local spot!
The food was just okay..spinach as well as the chicken pot pie was bland
This is our local fine dining establishment, so I'm very grateful that it is now an option in otherwise underserved area. However, its just not my cup of tea. My party ordered chicken pot pie, chicken salad, rattlesnake pasta, and chicken. The food was good, it was hot and what you expects from an American fine dining restaurant. The service could have been better as I would expect better based on the ambiance and prices.
My dad really enjoyed his Fathers Day dinner. Alex has great service!
We had a good time - as the summer gets into gear, additional fans in the outdoor seating area would be helpful.
Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. The portions were quite large, with the exception of the fish. I got the trout - not a whole trout, dry, and seasoned differently than in the menu description, it was not at all worth $38. The drinks were REALLY good. The service was a bit slow, but good. We sat in the outdoor open tent, which was great. Other reviews mentioned the kitchen closing at 8:00 - our reservations were at 7:30 and we did not have that problem. We will revisit CC in the future.
I can’t remember my waitresses name…But she was great! So attentive! So will to offer assistance! Detailed! Just all in all the best waitress Eva!
Our server was wonderful. She had to assist the senior group of 6, that sometimes requires some attention. Smile. She was so gracious throughout our dinning experience.
Reserving the restaurant was great except when I was trying to add a few more guests I was not able to change the reservation. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. We arrived 15 minutes early and was able to be seated right away. Our server was Shar and she was excellent. Very engaging and offered recommendations when she was asked. The food was delicious. No complaints.
My tea mug was sticky when I went to initially pick it up; therefore, I had to request a new cup. My side item for my entree came out wrong and had to send it back. And my salmon was not well done like I requested, but i chose not to send it back. The manager did give a desert as consultation. But i would have love for a better experience.
