If you don’t know about this place, you need to find out! Starting with the food, it’s superbly seasoned and prepared and your tastebuds will experience joy! Everything’s cooked to perfection and served in beautiful dishes. We came just before closing and didn’t know what to expect. No one was upset and the service was impeccable as well as the food. We wanted to hurry to leave and they insisted we stay and enjoy and relax. They even brought our dessert menus. We ordered dessert and that was fantastic too! If you like eggplant, get the stew that’s made with eggplants and some tomatoes and exquisite spices! Don’t miss out on the dumplings and any mean will be cooked to perfection and flavor in every bite! Highly recommend this place and will visit every time I’m in DC!

This was my fist time in a hookah restaurant, but I had nothing short of a wonderful experience. I reserved a table on Friday night with three of my friends. We were greeted immediately, shown to our table (which had very comfortable chairs and couch), and our appetizer and hookah order was taken moments later. The food was delicious and most of it was made in house, down to the seasonings they used. The environment was relaxing but encouraged conversation. Looking around at other groups in the restaurant, I rarely saw a person on their phone, which I am a huge advocate for. I have no idea why there are such negative reviews about this place. I hope to come back with the same group of friends in a week or two.
