We always go to Joey for dinner as there isn't one on Vancouver Island and we ALWAYS have a wonderful time. From the friendly greeting when we walk in, excellent service, delicious food and often a free dessert (do we look hungry?). Over the years we have seen many different servers and a few different Managers and we have never had a bad evening (this past visit Anna helped make our regular evening a more special one), often lingering over our bottle of wine for a couple of hours. We have visited other Joey Restaurants where the food is still good, but the service doesn't match that of Coquitlam. - DDarren1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoI am a returning customer to Earls Brentwood Mall in Burnaby after being disappointed with the lack of practical meal choices, quality and price with other surrounding restaurants and Earls Brentwood has satisfied my craving for outstanding customer service, quality and price. Staff are VERY customer service oriented including the shift leaders and a big shout out to the head chef who ALWAYS makes it a point to come out from behind the kitchen and make sure my meal is absolutely perfect!
