What I loved: The Brides of Dracula tea time experience has very nice ambiance, wonderful decor, and great service! My faves were the chicken croissants, bacon egg bites, strawberries covered with coconut cream, and cinnamon cups with cream. Also love that there were plenty of fruits to balance out the meal! I really enjoyed my experience and would go again. Excellent vibes and it’s good place for photos. Great opportunity to dress up and gather with friends! What I think could be improved: The ham sandwich could use more ham. The red velvet cupcake would be better smaller and with a lot less cream. There are plenty of sweets on the tea tower and having that much cream on the cupcake makes you get sick of sweets fast. Egg salad sandwich could use a bit more salt. Nothing was bad at all! Just that they could be better.

The grilled Romaine salad with salmon is always SO delicious. The chef cooks the salmon perfectly and the pepita salad dressing is the best finishing touch. What made the lunch there even more enjoyable was our server, Anna. Her cheery disposition, her accuracy on our orders, and her attention to our needs was terrific.

Our experience was great. The food was amazing & delicious. Our server, Rick, was great and the manager, Frank, they both took care of well. Always making sure we had everything we needed and they were both helpful all night. Can't wait to go back.

We recently hosted a very special celebration at Our Neat for a 60th birthday party with approximately 40 guests, and we could not have been happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the communication and attention to detail were outstanding, which made planning the event feel easy and stress-free. Before the party, the communication was excellent. Every question was answered promptly and thoroughly, and John Paul was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the planning process. We always felt that our event was in good hands. Everything that was discussed and promised beforehand was delivered exactly as described, which gave us tremendous confidence going into the celebration. When we arrived, the room and setup were exactly what we had envisioned. Everything was organized, prepared, and ready for our guests. The attention to detail was evident, and it was such a relief to be able to walk in and know that everything had been taken care of. The staff made sure the evening ran smoothly without us having to worry about the little things, allowing us to focus on celebrating with family and friends. The service throughout the event was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed invested in making sure everyone had a wonderful time. With a group of 40 people, keeping everything running smoothly can be a challenge, but everything was handled beautifully. Our guests were well taken care of, and the service was consistently excellent from beginning to end. And, of course, the food was fantastic! Our guests had plenty of positive things to say, and everyone enjoyed the meal. The quality, presentation, and overall dining experience were exactly what we hoped for when choosing a restaurant for such an important milestone celebration. Most importantly, the restaurant helped make a very special birthday memorable. We would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone planning a special event or celebration.
