The entire staff was fantastic. From the host, to the servers, to the worker at the gift shop, everyone was very kind and gracious. The customer service is top notch. I was very impressed. We came with a big party (six people), and part of our party was 20 minutes late. The staff got us seated right away and patiently waited for the second half of our party to arrive. They then gave outstanding service despite us being a more difficult party to serve (we came with two fussy, active children). They were very kind and told the 5 year old happy birthday for her special day. They also offered us playing cards without us asking (we declined because we already had cards, but that was quite thoughtful of them). I tipped heavy because they deserved it. I would come to this location for dinner anytime. As far as the games, I found them to be wonderful as well. The space was exciting, had various types of games. There were physical games and virtual ones, and both were equally exciting. Every game that we saw was working and in great condition (I cannot say the same for all Dave & Buster’s locations). The cotton candy machine wasn’t working at the time we visited, but that was very minor considering that the kitchen offered many desserts. The prizes were nice and we had no issues exchanging our tickets for many nice items from the gift shop. I would recommend this location to both families and adult groups alike. We will be back the next time we’re in the area.

Went for an event and ended up in the restaurant bar area. Appetizers were great and service was outstanding.
