Tom and Matteo served us very well. The ambiance at The Lanesborough is quite unique; a pretty-well established Belgravia property, it's got a much more accessible vibe than many other 5* London hotels. They also seem to swerve the out of towners who do 'afternoon tea'. We didn't dine on this occasion, but previously the restaurant is absolutely divine!

We went for pre cocktails for my niece birthday. Cocktails was very nice. Service of a high standard. Such a nice touch presenting my niece with a cake. Atmosphere very nice making you feel welcome. I will return. Thank you.

I booked a table in the main bar area where the car is and we sat on a comfy sofa and there was two comfy chairs as well. Unfortunately there was a very noisy party on opposite table who were a little tipsy and causing a bit of noise and that was fine but we were wanting to chat so we moved to the opposite side of reception where it was a little bit more quieter and we were able to talk. The cocktails were great and we ordered a pizza just to nibble on and that was fine. The staff were great and very attentive. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The service is amazing: everyone is so friendly and makes sure you have a great experience. Each dish is delicious and beautifully presented. It was very quiet on a Wednesday night but that allowed us to have a great table in the corner with good view of the kitchen without actually having to sit at the counter.

My friend and I stopped here for a quick drink before another reservation elsewhere but this place was so much fun, we wished we’d been able to stay the whole evening! Despite there being few other customers there, the atmosphere was great thanks to the very entertaining pianist and attentive bar staff who made us feel most welcome. The drinks were reasonably priced for a London hotel bar and the entertainment was first class. If you want an interactive piano show and a fun night out then this place is perfect. Probably don’t come here for an intimate conversation where you don’t want to join in with the show though. We’ll certainly visit again and would highly recommend.

Decided to make last minute booking, as I was staying near the hotel. And vey glad I did. Being coeliac can sometimes be difficult when eating out. However the gluten free options they had here were excellent, the many options from the menu and buffet available, made this the best breakfast I’ve had outside, in my 10 years of being coeliac.
