Lovely, comfortable dining room and pretty bar area make for a warm welcome. Cocktail menu was long and creative, focusing on Pisco, a popular liquor from Peru - both the Manhattan and the Margarita with Pisco were delicious. 3-course menu had interesting options and we both chose different things. The beet/potato and ceviche appetizer was bright, flavorful and a little spicy - a delicious combo of flavors and textures. My friend had the golden potato and creamy spiced sauce appetizer and she enjoyed it. Entree choices were the Chicharron for me and the beef for my friend. My pork was tender and the sauce very well spiced - the slivers of raw red onion seemed strange at first but mixed with the sauce and rice were the perfect bite and a great counterpart to the richness of the pork. The beef dish was visually beautiful - colorful tomatoes and peppers in a sauce with the beef chunks, served with rice and really well executed fried potatoes (double starch is common in this cuisine, apparently). Dessert was the perfect size - they traded out a tiramisu for the rice pudding and it was delicious - creamy, not too sweet and just the right amount - the cookie w/dulce de leche was the other option and my friend said they were really good. Great service. Highly recommend!More infoPink Salt$$$$• Peruvian• Magnolia•4.4
- DDonnaVancouver / British Columbia •3 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 5, 2026Great place for Easter Sunday brunch with a friend. The banana nut bread with butter and jam was amazing. I got a half order of the Florentine Benedict which was tasty but a bit cold. Glad I got the half order which was the perfect amount of food. Also love that they serve Avenue Bakery bread. I really wanted to order the banana bread French toast but couldn’t see paying $26 for just French toast with no sides like eggs or meat. Service was great. I will be back.More infoSkylark's Hidden Cafe$$$$• American• Bellingham•4.5

- MMichaelSeattle / Eastern Washington •10 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 10, 2025Good Food! Very slow service, but compensated for by free drinks. Very clever cocktail drinks. Nice ambience. Confusing wait staff- had 3 people in and out of our table with redundant questions. I would return to try again.More infoPolar Bar at the Arctic Club Hotel$$$$• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• Downtown•4.8
