    The Bayamóntate cocktail was very delicious. The ginger was very strong and as a ginger lover, I was impressed. It didn’t taste like artificial ginger. I had the Risotto de la Ó as the main, 10/10. Perfect texture of the rice, well seasoned. I would say a bit salty but not so much that it’s inedible. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The staff was super friendly and checked in with us often. The ambience was amazing, this is a very aesthetically pleasing restaurant. I will definitely visit again the next time I’m in Puerto Rico.
