Chef Alfred and staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We were running late and got an extension. Then I didn’t read the fine print about letting them know if we had any dietary requirements. We did- a celiac-so they pivoted and adapted the dishes for him, making it just as special as the rest of our party. Finally, we bought a really nice wine and they decanted it at our request. The food was interesting and thoughtful while being delicious but not precious. This chef is extraordinary and a must experience when visiting Cornwall.
