Wow .... if you want a different type of dinner ... this is it !!!! Food was amazing & service unmatched u can see the care & attention very comfy . ATTENTIVE & FRESH FOOD

Well another wonderful surprise! We had dinner there on Saturday evening, and I decided to try the gnocchi. OMG it was unexplainably delicious - tiny, melt in your mouth, potato/ noodle clouds from heaven. I only had gnocchi once before and it was nothing like this. This I love. I cannot wait to go back and have a huge bowl. Go try it, especially on the day he makes it!

Always great!! Miss the Branzino but the Corvona was excellent!!

Imagine the fusion of Asian and Italian food, and you have Negroni in Weston. We began with the Gyoza, which were so flavorful that we wanted to order more! But we decided on the chicken parm, which was delicious with the breaded crust topped with the cheese and marinara sauce. To die for! MyHusband had the pork belly with fried rice, which he declared was the best he had ever eaten. The ambiance was so clever with the larger-than-life skeletons and Halloween-themed decorations, along with the neon lights. We are sorry to be leaving the area thus unable to return for another meal!

We are so fortunate to have such a culinary gem in our community. The service, food, and ambiance were exceptional! We extend warmest thanks to Gabe (our host) for making us feel like family. He is truly one of a kind. We wish the entire team at Brandon's Bistro continued success. We are eagerly awaiting the opening of their new location in Miramar. BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO!
