Chef is innovative as well as awesome with classic dishes. Last evening we enjoyed the Gougeres (not to be missed). The salads are fresh and light. For our mains we had the Cote de Parc, a large chop with a very most delicious sauce, the steak Frites-always perfect, the scallops-perfectly cooked with a yummy Risotto and pear tart (go just for that!)
