The ingredients are for the most part grown right there (organic and/or biodynamic), deliciously made into innovative creations for the menu. The wine list of course is Summerhill wines and there is something for even the most particular winer drinker on it to pair with their meal. I watched a glorious sunset off the patio. The service was excellent! Dining alone as a woman, this isn’t always the case, but I was made to feel very welcome and was taken care of very well.
