Best Brazilian Steakhouses in Hillsdale, San Francisco Bay Area

We always have an excellent dinner at Espetus! The food is always delicious and fresh, and they have great service!

The table that was sent was lovely and had a happy birthday sign which I appreciated for my boyfriend. We had a nice long table sent for 10 but 1 was unable to make it and they were understanding. The variety at the salad bar was unique and some new items that differ from other Brazilian steak house is the sushi and the sides. The meat was flavorful and none were dry. The waiters were very attentive, if we wanted something specific they were able to flag them down to bring over. It was very clean and the stations were refilled in a timely manner. The dessert came out and had Happy Birthday which was a great way to end the night. We look forward to returning.

Meat/grill offerings are outstanding as well as service. Salad buffet can do better and men’s bathroom can do some freshening.

This was my 2nd outstanding dining experience at Chama Nativa, and it did not disappoint. I am a local, and, Yes - I am aware of the negative reviews posted about diner's experiences on 2.14.26 (Valentine's Day). When asked, the restaurant owned this, was transparent, and admitted to the issues that caused this. It is not a reason to rule out dining here. If you are familiar with the Brazilian Steakhouse concept (think of that much larger chain), it's a big benefit to the community and traveling public that Gilroy has a dining establishment of this caliber. Our server Brenda was attentive, responsive, and provided excellent service to support our party of six and ensure we all had a memorable dining experience. The food quality here is excellent - from the huge salad/charcuterie bar to the excellent variety and selections of expertly prepared steak, chicken, and sausage offerings that given the set prix fixe pricing is endless - my recommendation to anyone is to skip breakfast and lunch, pace yourself at that fine salad/charcuterie bar so as to take full advantage of the meats that await. Round it out with an excellent full bar, fine wines and a decent beer selection - along with ample parking, and you have a winner. Maybe just don't go on Valentine's day :-)
