Eric had a great personality to work with us, and he and his assistants were attentive and on time with all dishes and drinks. We started with Crab cakes which were crispy, and tasty. The sauce with it, added additional flavor. My wife had the Chilean Seabass. She always orders her meat well done, and the fish came out perfectly cooked. The sauce was so good, she wanted a straw to finish it!!! I orders the Redfish Pontchartrain, and it was also cooked perfectly, very tasty, and a little kick at the end of each bite.
