- UUchennaSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoOh my god, what an INCREDIBLE experience. I went solo to celebrate my birthday, and from the moment I walked in, I was taken care of. I arrived early for my reservation (which had actually been moved up to an earlier time!), and even though I was early, I was still able to be seated very quickly. For my birthday, I was offered a complimentary glass of rosé, which was absolutely delicious. Then my server went over every single item on the menu, and made suggestions based on my dietary restrictions and preferences. I went with some of her suggestions, and I enjoyed every single thing I put in my mouth. I purposely got things that I don’t normally like, just to test the quality of preparation, and the food not only exceeded my expectations, it blew my mind. My server was even lovely enough to take a few pictures of me. I had such a great experience, and I would recommend The Progress to anyone. In fact, I will recommend it to everyone!More infoThe Progress$$$$• Contemporary American• Western Addition•4.8

From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were treated well by the staff and management. Every dish we tried was prepared well and delicious. It was definitely southern food with a fine dining twist. I would definitely come backMore infoPrelude$$$$• Californian• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.8

Got to see the kitchen and the view from the booth, outstanding service, great cocktails, loved the oysters, the fry bread, the chicken and the crudite! - MMichaelSacramento / Sacramento Valley •13 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoTrestle has to be the most unique and affordable dinner spot in The City. Because Trestle focuses on a farm-to-fork dining experience, and with its often-changing seasonal menus, every experience at the restaurant seems like a new and different experience. The prix-fixe menu lets you know what the cost will be before you even start - yet each dish is uniquely prepared with care to further the dining experience. On this visit, Corn was the highlight, and each dish was crafted around Corn - it was an amazing display of simplicity and perfection. Jeff was our server, and he was supported by a team that made sure our every need was addressed. Because of the changing seasonal menus, every visit allows us to discover new and exciting dishes. We love Trestle, and it truly is a one-of-a-kind San Francisco experience.More infoTrestle$$$$• American• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.8
