The two gauchos, Bruno and Daviel were wonderful with bringing the meats we wanted to eat. Food is exceptional, one of the best Brazilian steakhouses in Las Vegas. They use charcoal to grill and never over seasoned. My favorite was the pork belly and for my husband it was the flank steak.
