- JjeffPhoenix / Arizona •4 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoDowntown Gilbert was missing a restaurant such as Rosewood, making it a welcome addition and a good find. They have only been open a month and are experimenting with their menus. So you can expect to see changes as they find the secret sauce to wow patrons. I had the Beef Short Rib dinner. It was well prepared and presented. Personally I’d like to see a little more depth to the sauce and a vegetable on the plate. Overall very good and satisfying meal. Look forward to visiting again soon.More infoRosewood Gilbert$$$$• American• Gilbert•4.1
