We love Cafe Bernie, really good food & drink and the best ever setting!!!

The ambiance is absolutely incredible. We sat out by the water and it was outstanding and completely met our expectations. Our server was not one for small talk or making us feel too welcome. Very short, like , here's a menu, ready to order, enjoy your food, any dessert, here is your bill. Paraphrasing, but that was just about it. Planes fly overhead nearly every few minutes, but they aren't overly loud, so its kind of entertaining. The food was exceptional! We each had the catch of the day, and both our dishes were superb. We could taste every nuance and flavor offered on the plate. Pickled vegetables, chimichurri, basil and the fish was done perfectly. There is hardly any parking, so valet is really the only option, but the pricing is fair and the attendants were very good. Overall, our meal was great-5☆, Scenery 5☆, Service 3.5☆ Price for food 5☆, Price for all items included 4.5☆

I dine at Michael’s fairly often. On this occasion my husband and I ordered the tilefish entree, prawn appetizer and gem lettuce. That was one of the best fish dishes I have ever had. All the dishes were superb; the chef and kitchen staff is truly outstanding.

Overall a great experience... food that was available was great, service was readily available. We shared the Latke Royale appetizer which was very good. Hubby then had the Ragu pasta... good size portion, he had enough to take home for lunch the next day. I had the Steak Au Poivre which was really good unfortunately my first two options for side were unavailable but overall it was good...also leftovers.
