A wonderful fusion of flavors. It feels like restaurant was made for me. Everything was wonderful. I wish the was more mapo flavor in the mapo scallions but otherwise the mix of culture on the menu was evident and the skill and heart that went into the courses was delicious. The service was wonderful and they answered all questions and walked through menu and portion sizes in a way I wish all restaurants would. I felt like I was being guided through building my own tasting menu.

An expected and exceptional dining experience - food was fresh, creative, delicious and beautifully presented. Couldn’t believe we were at an airport hotel.

Wife and I had a date night here and the food was very flavorful. We ordered Paper, Pho-Rancini, Surf and Turf Roll, and the Truffle Fries for starters. Surf and Turf was the best of the bunch followed by the Truffle Fries with their truffle aioli dipping sauce. Paper and Pho-Rancini were fine as well, but didn’t really wow us. For entrees, we had Fortunate Son and Longevity w/beef. These were both fantastic! The ribeye was very tender and the noodles were sooo flavorful and had a good portion of tender steak nuggets in them. This was far too much food for two people, so we had a bit left to go home for lunch the next day. The presentation of the food, and the ambience of the restaurant were impeccable. They do have a lot of unique cocktail offerings though we did not partake. There is a burger making machine that takes up quite a bit of space in the back of the dining room and we didn’t see it make a single burger while we were there. Overall, we had a great night out here, and will likely be back in the future to try some of the other offerings!

We enjoyed a pre-opera dinner on Friday night. It was very quiet which allowed for pleasant conversation. The assortment of bar bites and appetizers was extensive and satisfying. We selected the sliders, potstickers and calamari. They were ample enough to satisfy three diners. We also ordered the rice dish with Chinese sausage which was very tasty. The waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive. We were very pleased and will return.

Outstanding food and service. The seafood fra diavolo pasta was one of the best I've ever had. I often arrange my trips to SFO so I can stay here overnight and enjoy a meal at quail&Crane.
