Best Contemporary Canadian Restaurants in Barrie

Like the Pine, everything about Lore is world class. Beautiful, inventive food, gracious service in a lovely, understated elegant room. Not the place for someone who doesn't love seafood, but if you're a fan you will love it here. Also, wonderful and sophisticated mocktails -- nothing like the sweet kiddie concoctions you get in most places. Another triumph of talent and taste for Jeremy & Cassie.

Good food, awesome games, good time with my kids, rencommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner date at Moxies last night, and it was such a lovely experience! From the welcoming atmosphere to the delicious food and attentive service by Leanna, everything made for a really enjoyable evening. It's always nice to have a night out together, and Moxies certainly made it special. Thank you to the team for a great dining experience. We look forward to returning and would definitely recommend!

The new location of Moxie‘s in Park place is fabulous. They were very accommodating to our accessibility needs for my mother. Service was prompt, friendly and informative. Food was very delicious. We had one steak that was a little bit tough but the manager gave great options immediately and a discount on the final bill. The decor is beautiful. It is open and airy, good light , medium noise, lots of parking. We will definitely come back.

Went for Wednesday date night with my wife. Set menu had a great selection and the food was outstanding. Great Value as well! Will definitely be returning.
