Best Contemporary Indian Restaurants in Vaughan

Went there with my girlfriend for my birthday dinner. We had a reservation for 9pm, but we went early at 8pm as we had time and the management was able to seat us early which was good. The best thing about this restaurant is the service. The manager was so kind and helpful in selecting the food items as well as drinks. I was really pleased by the service. Food - Murgh Makhani and The Ghost Biryani were exceptional. Drinks were good, not the best ones, but I'll still give them a solid 8/10. The only thing we didn't like was the appetizer, the Oregano Murgh Tikka. Honestly, it was a bit bland. although it was cooked to perfection, but the taste itself was not that good. The desert was amazing. We had the rasmalai cheesecake with the cardamom ice cream. It is an expensive restaurant, so I would keep it to special occasions only.

The food at Pukka is consistently delicious! The staff are terrific! We always coming away from a meal at Pukka feeling like we had a great meal and always look forward to coming back.

Love the Food here. My goto for Indian! Takeout is best as restaurant is small.

Didn't realize it was a soft open of the lounge. They did not have a full bar service but in the process of. Music was great, but not a lot of people there. Overall we really enjoyed the food and DJ on Sat night.
