- CConstancePortland / Oregon •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAnother exceptional dining experience due in large part to John, who served us. He remembered that I am gluten free and thoughtfully described the many dishes that would work for me. He even provided a half portion of one of the dishes I was interested in but didn’t order. The food was exceptional, again. Tartuca has become my favorite restaurant in Portland.More infoTartuca$$$$• Italian• Northeast Portland•4.6

For Dessert we enjoyed the Butterscotch Cup. This has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in PDX.More infoDimo’s Italian Specialties$$$$• Contemporary Italian• Southeast Portland•4.8

- HHeathPortland / Oregon •3 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 29, 2026Excellent dining experience. We were there for my wife's birthday with myself and our 3 children. Our waiter was Duncan and he was professional and patient and very helpful with suggestions. All of the appetizers and meals were excellent. Wine choices were delish including the cabernet and Barbera. Everyone shared a tiramisu for dessert which was the best we had all had. Ambiance was excellent, lighting, etc. The only thing is that parking can be tricky on Division so you'll likely need to check the side streets.More infoCibo$$$$• Italian• Southeast Portland•4.6
