Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in North City Centre

We found Proof Trattoria while searching for something other than the usual pub fare. We were craving a fresh salad along with pizza and pasta, and Proof did not disappoint. We each had the Wild Rocket and Tomato side salad, and the dressing was absolutely perfect—light, fresh, and full of flavor. For our mains, we shared the Penne al Fuoco and Italy’s Hottest Pizza, and both were excellent. The pasta was rich and flavorful, while the pizza delivered just the right amount of heat without overwhelming the other flavors. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Dublin. If you're looking for an alternative to traditional pub food and want excellent Italian cuisine, Proof Trattoria is definitely worth a visit.

Place is very nice, located in a central and great area. Food is amazing and staff is really professional and welcoming.

My daughter went to Squaredish with six friends for her birthday and really loved it!! Clear communications in advance, lovely pizza squares, nice chips, good value, accommodated our requests, great location, decor and concept - and fantastic service!!! All round five stars.

As always, the food was excellent and the service right on the money. This is a dining experience that has not dropped its standards one iaota unlike so many others. Top class.
