    A superb experience. We had an earlier reservation with very few people there. It started filling up around 7:30 and as we finished dinner a table of 8 set down at 9:00 pm. Really good restaurant on all points! Would definitely try again on our next visit to Rome.

    We had a fab time at Anima. We arrived early and had cocktails on The Roof, which is The Editions roof top bar. Guiseppe looked after us very well, and we had a special treat with a welcome glass of Prosecco to help celebrate my wife’s birthday. Amazing views over Rome sitting in the Sun. Super! Then downstairs to Anima, we sat in the Garden Terrace which is a must and were treated to a fabulous meal. We opted for the 2 course à la carte but there were so many lovely extras from the chef it was really superb. Another treat arrived in the form of a birthday cake. Honestly, the evening could not been any better. The staff are so friendly and a joy. Thanks again for making my wife’s birthday so special

    Perfect place to eat in Trastevere and exactly what you think of when dining in Italy. The food was delicious, we started with the Saltimbocca, then the Pasta Amatriciana, and the Filet with a bottle of Moltiplicano. Definitely make reservations for the roof top garden, the fountain area next door also had crowds singing karaoke, Bella Ciao, Bella Ciao, Ciao, Ciao! Italia Viva. It was wonderful, fun, food and service was great, relaxed and not rushed.
