Kaito del Valle has a new home in Juárez, Mexico City. This authentic Japanese izakaya and creative cocktail bar first opened in 2016 as the first 100% women-operated bar in Latin America. After 8.5 years in Del Valle, it’s now reborn with a larger bar, a private karaoke room, and an innovation lab to keep pushing boundaries.
