As advertised. Everything solid, with extremely attentive staff.

Had our first meal at the Mount yesterday evening. Lovely table facing the incredible garden area. Prompt service, drinks order taken immediately and drinks delivered promptly after. We only had mains, I had spicy chicken curry with rice and my husband the beef slices with noodles. Fabulous food, fresh, tasty and delicious. Both had the Thai fries too. Staff were amazing, service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was just perfect. Excellent food, service and value. We shall return.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Food was fabulous. We shared the Maharani Grill, so tasty & the fish/prawn pakoras were exceptional.Freshly cooked light naan breads came with it. Great value too-so much in the grill we had a meal from it the next day! Great service from friendly staff, & lovely to be looking over the canal. Surprised us with a birthday brownie (also delicious). Good selection of zero drinks.

This is the restaurant attached to Hilton Garden Birmingham. I often have to eat alone in hotel restaurants and the expectation is usually that Hilton will deliver a good-enough experience all round. This meal was exceptional though. I often choose something that has to be cooked from fresh rather than micro-waved and so tonight it was a sirloin steak. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. It's no mean feat to get a steak right, however easy it should be - and the chef got this spot on. Service was good - I was shown to a table quickly, my order was taken and the waiting staff were friendly. Nothing bad to say - in fact, highly recommended.
