The service was friendly professional prompt. The food was outstanding in presentation and taste. I had the lamb and my wife had the halibut. The portions were plenty enough that you don't leave hungry as is the case with many up scale restaurants. The wine selection by the glass was varied enough to pair well with any of the dishes.

Last minute booking, but nice "high table" for 2. The beef tongue on a skewer was exceptional as an unusual stater. My tranche of shoulder of lamb was melt in the mouth and unctuous. My companion was very happy with his rare bavette steak and we shared some croquette potato that were crispy with parmesan shavings and probably quite sinful, but delicious. Two glasses oh house Chardonnay were good followed by an excellent St Estephe. Service was efficient and friendly and there is a good vibe in this modern simple space. Reasonable value for money for this standard of cooking. Recommended.
