LADiDa Rooftop at SLS Beverly Hills is honestly one of my favorite rooftop spots in LA right now. The view alone is everything. You get this gorgeous stretch of the city, and at sunset it’s just unreal in the best, golden hour, main character way. The vibe is so good. It’s definitely upscale but still fun, not stiff at all. Think great music, a stylish crowd, and everyone looking like they understood the assignment. It’s the kind of place where you show up a little dressed up and end up staying way longer than you planned. I also checked out their new brunch, Bloom, and I’m obsessed. It’s more relaxed during the day but still has that chic rooftop energy. Perfect for a sunny, slightly indulgent brunch with friends, good drinks flowing, cute plates, and lots of catching up. Overall, it’s one of those spots you keep coming back to for the view, the vibe, and now the brunch too. It just feels fun.

Esme is our go-to place in downtown Culver. Always satisfying and all our friends/family we bring here or recommend are thoroughly impressed. Those who are locals become regulars like us. Every dish is worth trying especially the octopus, Caesar salad (it's not what you'll expect!), falafel, burger, steak... There are dishes that are no longer on the menu that I still dream about (fish in a coconut curry sauce, chicken mole, chicken in a garlic sauce... ). Chef Ivan is extremely talented-- exploring flavors and inventing new concoctions. Always surprising and always delightful.
