It's hidden at the back of Hackney Fields, but once inside its a different world. There is a high, horseshoe-shaped table around which guests sit, with plenty of room. From there you get to see the preparation process and the staff talk you through what you are about to eat and drink. Each course was a beautiful surprise to the senses. The presentation is stunning and the flavours amazing.
