Dinner at Hoogan & Beaufort was one of those meals that kept getting better with every course. Starting with the scallops was the right decision. The citrus, shishito, herbs, buttermilk, and green pea sauce brought freshness and complexity, yet the scallops remained the star—sweet, delicate, and incredibly fresh. The lobster ravioli was richer and more comforting, with the zucchini and zucchini blossom leaving a particularly strong impression. The highlight of the evening was the rib steak. The aroma of charcoal hit immediately, and the combination of aged beef and live fire was exceptional. The richness of the fat, the texture of the beef, and the thoughtful accompaniments all came together beautifully. What stood out throughout the meal was how much care was given to the vegetables. They never felt like an afterthought, but an essential part of each dish. The service was equally impressive. Warm, attentive, and genuine without ever feeling forced. Our server always seemed to appear exactly when we needed him, and the entire team was remarkably attentive while never being intrusive. A memorable meal with thoughtful cooking, excellent service, and a clear sense of identity. I'll definitely be back.

My partner and I absolutely love this restaurant. It has become one of our favourite places to celebrate birthdays, enjoy a date night, or simply treat ourselves to a wonderful evening out. This time, I decided to organize a team dinner with my coworkers so I could introduce them to a place that means so much to me. As always, the service and food were exceptional, and the entire experience exceeded everyone’s expectations! I’m so happy that I was able to share this restaurant with my team and give them the opportunity to experience what a truly wonderful dining experience can be. The staff made the evening feel even more special, and we all left incredibly impressed. Thank you for another amazing evening. Always happy to return!
