Best French Restaurants in Aspen / Strathcona / West Springs

Delicious meal, knowledgeable and attentive staff.

We had an outstanding dinner at Vero Bistro Moderne and thoroughly enjoyed the Wednesday Table d'Hôte menu. The evening started with a delicious foie gras amuse-bouche, followed by a fresh and well-prepared salad. All four of us chose the tenderloin steak frites for our entrée, with varying preferences ranging from rare to medium well. I'm happy to say every steak was cooked perfectly to each person's request, which is a testament to the kitchen's attention to detail and consistency. The quality of the food was excellent, the service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere struck a perfect balance between upscale and welcoming. The apple cobbler for dessert was the ideal finish to a fantastic meal. Vero Bistro Moderne delivered a memorable dining experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional food and service in Calgary. From start to finish, the experience was polished, comfortable, and memorable. A wonderful choice for a special dinner in Calgary.

Cannot beat the hospitality and the value. Had the 12 course tasting menu. Excellent

Delicious French food, cozy cafe atmosphere and impeccable service. The Lobster roll and Trout Tartare are unbelievably good. Eat at this place!

I had a lovely experience at Hutch Cafe! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and it was such a nice spot to enjoy breakfast and take a little break from the busy day. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back again. Thank you for such a nice experience!
