A great way to try Michelin type level food in a much more accessible way. I highly recommend the tasting menu as you will try things you may not specifically pick and will be amazed - even if it isn’t something you would order on your own. Overall great experience with truly unique flavor combinations!

Great food, great service. Food quality is amazing, you pay for what you get

My wife and I had a wonderful time. It was our last night in Madrid after a memorable vacation and we wanted to try something different. Ricardo Sanz Wellington was just what we were looking for. Many of the dishes we ordered were essentially Japanese with a Spanish influence. The service was attentive and friendly. The decor was pleasing. We will be back when we next visit Madrid.

Beautiful setting, delicious tapas & entrees, highly recommend

The sushi was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the 15 piece chefs choice and loved it all. They combine truffle sauce with sushi, I've never had that before but it's unreal. Would absolutely reccomend to people going to Madrid. I would say it's relatively expensive but when comparing it to the quality of the food, it's merited.
