Best Gastro Pubs in Hodge Hill

My friend and myself enjoyed a carvery at New Wellington, From the moment we walked through the door we received a warm welcome from the staff , The carvery was very nice And Hot , Good choice of vegetable , And the chef who carved the meat was also very nice and didn’t skimp on the it, was able to buy a Smaller plate Which is good if you like a smaller amount ,Definitely recommend ,and be going back for more .

Lovely place, dog friendly too. Great food,great staff, lovely feeling to the place. We enjoyed our pre meal drink outside overlooking the canal watching the boats go by... Super. Good Local walks we started at the pub and did a lovely 9km around the area. All an all brilliant day out.

Service was excellent, drinks came quickly and the food arrived hot. The food is where Soho Tavern really comes into its own , it’s next level stuff complimented by a great selection from the bar. A perfect setting for a stunning night out.

We had a lovely lunch at The Bell, sitting outside in the sun. The food and drinks were excellent, no complaints at all. We had the lunch menu which was good value for money. My friend commented they were the best chips he had ever had!
