Das im April 2016 eröffnete Restaurant Zieglers hieß bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt "Gasthaus zu den drei Linden". Erbaut in den 70er Jahren des 18. Jahrhunderts und von Beginn an über drei Generationen von Familie Hartmann geführt, prägte es entscheidend das historische Stadtbild.Während der Napoleonischen Kriege, im Oktober 1813, fand ein Freikorps-Major Gefallen an der damals 25-jährigen Tochter des Wirtes. Da sie die Werbung des Gastes ablehnte und auf seine Wünsche nicht einging, wurde sie von ihm erschossen. Ihr noch heute erhaltenes Grab enthält die Widmung:„Eleonore Hartmann, Tochter des Gastwirts „Zu den drei Linden“ in Wörlitz. Sie wurde geboren am 13. Mai 1788 und von einem russischen Offizier erschossen, den 31. Oktober 1813.“Es sei erwähnt, dass dieser Offizier mitsamt seinem Korps am Drehberg bei Wörlitz von der Kavallerie Furnier vernichtet wurde.
