Ray and Tray were awesome to us and made our dining experience very accommodating. The manager even greeted us upon arrival which was very nice . They both brought me a nice happy birthday dessert after we had our meal . Great customer service , great food , quick service and clean environment over all .

Dinner Under the Stars at The St. Regis Bal Harbour was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt thoughtful, elegant, and incredibly special. The ocean, the stars, and the beautiful setting created the perfect backdrop for an extraordinary evening. The food was exceptional, the presentation was beautiful, and the service was impeccable. Michael was absolutely amazing and truly elevated the entire experience. His attention to detail, warmth, and level of service made us feel incredibly well taken care of throughout the evening. This was so much more than dinner. It was an experience and a memory we will cherish forever. The St. Regis Bal Harbour created something genuinely magical. Five stars simply does not do it justice. Absolutely spectacular.
