This is something extraordinary. From the very first moment You step inside, the felling is warm and caring. Once You start Your meal, You´re in for a treat. We had the tasting menu and winepairing. They are recommended bu Guide Michelin. Why they haven´t got their first star, I don´t know. But I guess, once they´re on the board, there is more to come. Awsome!

Myself and a friend had dinner on the patio. It was an all around great experience.

We loved our dinner at JOEY Dallas! Sat in a semi round booth in the lounge, perfect location. We started with the dumplings and for entree split the Stake & Ravioli Blanco. Both were absolutely delicious! Not to mention the best martini, served with the shaker. We can’t wait to go back.

I requested a quiet table and that’s exactly what they gave me. The Oriental Chicken Salad was delicious. The waiter was attentive but allowed us the freedom to discuss business. It was an easy place for a business lunch.

Verse is a fantastic addition to Hotel Mockingbird and absolutely worth a visit. We started with the smoked trout dip, which was excellent—especially the house pickles that accompanied it, adding a bright, flavorful touch to the dish. For our mains, I had the roasted sweet potato harvest bowl, which was both delicious and satisfying, with a very generous and healthy portion. My friend ordered the ribeye, and it was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and clearly done with care. The real standout of the evening was the beverage program. Both the mocktails and cocktails were creative, well-balanced, and truly memorable. Combined with attentive and friendly service throughout the meal, it made for a wonderful dining experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Verse to anyone staying at or visiting the hotel.
