We had a great Mother’s Day celebration at Joey yesterday. A free welcome champagne and a rose for my mom were surely a wonderful treat for the occasion. I’m always amazed by the foods they serve which are super scrumptious. Everything we order was spectacular. We were very thankful for our server who was always smiling and very helpful whenever we asked him of stuff. This was my third time with Joey Woodland Hills and had also tried the one in Newport Beach. Will surely be looking forward for our fifth visit!

Tar & Roses didn’t just serve dinner, they orchestrated a symphony for the soul. The oxtail was so tender it practically surrendered to the fork like velvet collapsing into a dream, rich and deep with flavor that lingered like a love song you never want to end. The cod fish arrived like an oceanic masterpiece, delicate yet bold, melting on the tongue as if Poseidon himself whispered secrets into the sauce. And the red snapper? Absolute royalty. Crisp, succulent, and bursting with flavor so vibrant it felt like fireworks dancing across every taste bud. Every bite was pure poetry wrapped in smoke, spice, and elegance. Tar & Roses isn’t a restaurant, it’s a culinary cathedral where flavor ascends to heavenly heights.

we had an amazing time at La Boheme, it was our anniversary trip and they helped make it special with a tasty dessert! the vibes were amazing and the food was even better. we will be coming back for special occasions!!

I celebrated my birthday at one of the high top bar tables with friends and family. It was excellent across the board! The service, the food, the vibe, were all wonderful. As always!
