Food & drinks were excellent and our server did a fantastic job for a party of 6. Noise was a little loud, but it was during an Ohio State game so patrons were engaged and it was expected.

I went here for a birthday with my friend. The ambiance was warm and welcoming. We sampled a few plates: sushi, chicken satay, meatballs, macadamia chicken. I've been to Kona before and the food is consistently delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and recognized my birthday. Overall, it was a great experience.

Had dinner at the Buxton on a Wednesday evening, and they were not at all busy. There was lots of wait staff and we were the only customers most of the evening, so service was excellent. Our waitress, Taylor, was excellent. She was very helpful in explaining the menu and checked on us frequently, but didn't burden us. My wife's steak was very good, not excellent, but very good. I had the Seafood Chesapeake and it was excellent. We had dinner in the atrium area and it was a very nice atmosphere on a nice warm spring evening.
