Best Home Cooking Restaurants in Neustadt in Holstein

We booked this as a final meal out during our short break in Hamburg. We were so glad that we did this. Amazing atmosphere, great décor in the vaults and the service was perfect, friendly, efficient but not over the top. The food was great and the wine recommendations top notch. It was busy so make sure you book and as I did see I would ask not to be near the toilets as this could be a bit of a pain, fortunately we weren't.

Very close to the Hamburg Marriott Hotel but not on site (Google Maps will show you the wrong info), ina secret courtyard, this German French restaurant is stylishly decorated with comfortable banquet seats and chairs. Service is excellent. The food amazing. Please try the authentic wiener schnitzel. The original version. Small portion is big enough for most people. The accompanying potato salad is divine, as is the sauce (I think it is cranberry). The steak frites is superb, and comes with a pepper sauce. Generous portion. We ordered a wonderful Chablis for €60. The only criticism is, because it is a rainy night, the place was virtually empty. It is not their fault, but it affects the ambience score.
