Best International Restaurants in Nordend-West

My wife and I had dinner at RAUSCH last night, and it was truly a wonderful evening. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, the beautifully designed space, and the warm, attentive service. The tasting menu was outstanding—creative, refined, and full of surprises. Every course brought new flavours, textures, and ideas, while still feeling balanced and coherent. It was clear that enormous care goes into both the ingredients and the execution. The open kitchen is a particular highlight: watching the team work with such precision and calm added a lot to the overall experience. The wine pairing was also a genuine journey of discovery, with several excellent and unexpected matches. One or two wines were slightly below our personal expectations, but this did not detract from an otherwise excellent and well-curated selection. Overall, RAUSCH delivered one of the most memorable dinners we have had in Frankfurt. We loved the food, the setting, the service, and the sense of theatre created by the open kitchen. We will certainly be back.

This is THE place in Frankfurt to enjoy authentic schnitzel since the chef is from Vienna! Also, their seasonal White Truffle Pasta is in season (as of late October) and is nothing short of astounding! The staff here is magnificent in every way, and ensured that I had a superb experience. I can’t wait to get back here again and try more of their amazing food!

From the food to the service everything was perfect. Highly recommend.
